Find your Outlook or Microsoft 365 calendar link.

Copy the subscription link from Outlook or Microsoft 365, paste it into BellBoard, and it keeps your family calendar up to date.

How to find the link

  1. Open Outlook on the web.
  2. Open Settings, then Calendar, then Shared calendars.
  3. Under Publish a calendar, choose the calendar and Can view all details.
  4. Select Publish and copy the ICS link.

Keep calendar links private. Anyone with a subscription link may be able to read that calendar. BellBoard stores it for your family and uses it only to check for updates.
